Fun & Funky Personal Branding

Personal Branding with an edge! Emily Cohen of ProSquared Consulting, is a passionate, creative and an expert in diversity and inclusion.  She’s also super fun and funky and I just loved her willingness to run around Fort Lauderdale’s MASS District and take portraits on the iconic murals in this artistic area.

But you’ve got to get to know Emily!  I’m told activism is in her blood – she’s a vocal advocate for everything from Breastfeeding and Body Positivity to Feminism and LGBTQ+ rights.  Emily’s company, ProSquared Consulting, creates trainings and personalized analysis for businesses of all sizes. She also runs a non-profit called Ignite Community Services, dedicated to igniting the spark to empower and elevate LGBTQ+ people to equity.

For her Personal Branding Photography session in Fort Lauderdale, we wanted a good mix of formal portraits for her speaking engagements mixed in with some fun ones that really showcase her personality and speak to her ideal clients. We considered that she would use these images not just on social media, but on her website, in print advertising like flyers and postcards and, my favorite, her business card. 

I’m really excited to share that through her consulting business, she has created a certification, if you will, where she examines you business, website and marketing materials and gives a badge that tells everyone you are truly an advocate for diversity and inclusion. I’m proud to have earned such a badge and you can find it on the About section of this website.
